Meditation is important in helping you relax, heal, manifest, and reach higher levels of spirituality. In higher levels of meditation one can awaken your Chakras, removing blocks in your Chakras & life and heal.

The main methods or techniques are:

Mantra meditation - repeating a calming word or phrase - probably a with spiritual meaning;

Meditation using beads - as above but using beads - moving from bead to bead with each word;

Plain meditation - counting backwards from 50 to 1 and later after practice from to 10 to 1,    auto-suggesting that you are going into meditation as you count down;

Third eye meditation - mantra plus concentrating on the area just above and between the eyes.

The 4 stages of meditation are:

  1. Beta State: This occurs at the beginning of meditation, while in the beta state, you may find your mind active or even restless.

  2. Alpha State: As you ease into your meditation, your mind may transition to the alpha state, which promotes relaxation and prepares you for the deeper meditative states.

  3. Theta State: Next you may enter the theta state which is a deeper meditation level, often associated with creativity, insight, and a sense of inner peace.

  4. Gamma State: This is the advanced stages of meditation, it is achieved with practice and concentration. This state is characterized by high-frequency brainwaves and may be associated with peak concentration and enhanced brain function. This stage is also known to allow or enhance spiritual connectivity and progress. At this level, especially by concentrating on the third eye [just above and between the eyes] one can develop some psychic ability like premonition or more.
